Groups & Schools
Porters Lodge makes a great venue for your group function or school trip. With a unique location in a sub-alpine environment, our lodge is a great base for outdoor activities in both summer and winter. The lodge offers a warm cosy atmosphere with a large lounge and common area suitable for group meetings and indoor activities.
Porters Lodge can be booked out for your groups' exclusive use depending on availability. We can cater for a variety of group sizes up to 39 people and can tailor accommodation and meals packages to suit your requirements. To make a booking or for more information please get in touch.
Booking Options
Mountain bike package: (available from 7 October 2019 to 15 May 2020)
- $89 per person
- Includes accommodation,continental breakfast, packed lunch and dinner per night
- Minimum of 3 persons
- Pre-bookings only, subject to availability
School trips:
- Bunk-style accommodation for up to 36 persons
- Includes breakfast and dinner (dietary requirements catered for)
- Bottom sheet and pillow provided (but please bring a towel and sleeping bag)
- Option for additional private rooms for teachers and parents
Group bookings:
- We welcome group bookings, please enquire for rates and availability
- Packages include continental breakfast, towels, linen & Wi-Fi
- Buffet dinner packages, packed lunches and cooked breakfast options are available
Private hire:
